Getting started

Zeroswitch was created to provide one single feature that Asana has steadfastly refused to implement for several years: provide users the ability to see a single, unified task list across multiple workspaces or organizations. It does this one thing, and we think it does it well.

Simply click the "Connect Asana account" button on this page here, authorize the app to pull your tasks in from Asana, and that's it. Two clicks.

I built Zeroswitch to make my life easier. As an added bonus, I hope it makes your life easier. It's completely free, and 100% ad free. If you find yourself getting a lot of use out of it, I'd love it if you'd buy me a coffee.

Using the app

Not right now. Changes made in Asana (e.g., new tasks added, updates to existing tasks) need to be manually pulled into your views in Zeroswitch by clicking the "refresh" button.

Yep. If you click the checkbox next to the task name in Zeroswtich, the task will be marked complete in Asana.

List view shows all your tasks in a single scrollable list, sorted and filtered however you like — great for getting a quick overview of everything on your plate. Board view groups tasks into columns by due date (Overdue, Today, This Week, Later) so you can see at a glance where your time is going.

Privacy & security

We use the Asana API to pull your tasks into a list and display it, but we do not store that data anywhere. It is only visible to you, live and in the moment.

Clicking the "sign out" button in the upper right corner of the site will delete your current session and log you out of the app. If you want to invalidate the API tokens Zeroswtich used to pull in your tasks, you can completely revoke Zeroswitch's access to your Asana data in your Asana app settings.
